The Northeast Cincinnati Chamber will present one (1) $1,000 scholarship to a deserving 2008 high school graduate who resides in either the Mason, Kings or Little Miami school district.  Students who have a 2.75 grade point average and who have been accepted to either a two- or four- year college degree program in business or commerce are eligible for consideration.

Interested individuals may apply for this scholarship by filling out a Scholarship Application Form, which should be submitted directly to the Chamber of Commerce upon completion.  A 250-word essay should be submitted with the application.  The essay should clearly state the applicant’s interest in business or commerce and his/her goals within this arena.  In addition to this Scholarship Application, four (4) Recommendation Forms must be completed by two teachers and two other persons.  These forms must be submitted to the Chamber Office directly from the individuals completing them.  These forms must be received by May 1, 2008.
